How is it different than Pilates or Yoga? The patented 3X3 Rings and assist/resist cords are the key difference. They work to assist and cradle your body allowing you to achieve amazing exercises and stretches that go well beyond what you could normally do without the assist. Perfect for beginner to advanced level. Allowing for a strengthening and cardio all in one class! Music is always uplifting & encouraging Christian based music.

 

 Max Dance

It is an addictive exercise that provides a high level of calorie Burn!   For very Beginners to Advanced:  Quick easy on the spot modifications for those who want to keep their feet close to the floor.   Never danced before?  Only 4-5 easy moves per song.  Super easy to follow! MAX DANCE Infusion is an extremely effective workout that delivers amazing results in a fraction of the time of regular cardio workouts/dance.  The best part is that you will have so much fun that you will actually forget you are working out!  

 

 Bootcamp

A high intensity exhilarating workout. It involves weight lifting and cardio all in one. You will get your heart rate moving while building up your strength and getting that lean body you always wanted.


Zumba 

A fun and effective fitness class that feels more like a night out dancing than a workout at the gym. Party yourself into shape with dance moves inspired by Latin styles such as mambo, cha cha cha and salsa, as well as belly dance, swing and more.

Yoga

Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. Gradually these poses will be linked together into a gentle flowing sequence
